Mira is the operational force behind the scenes at Renaissance Marketing, supporting Eric Alonzi and ensuring the business runs with clarity and precision. She manages day-to-day operations, streamlines internal systems, and helps turn ideas into coordinated action. Her background in Broadcast Communication sparked a lifelong love of storytelling, first shaped by broadcasting competitions during her senior year. Over the past decade, she has supported CEOs and founders across industries and continents, developing a sharp instinct for what high-performing organizations need to function at their best.

Outside of work, Mira and her husband co-own a coffee shop, making a great cup of coffee a reliable constant in daily life. She recharges through surfing, time with her two children, and a committed yoga practice spanning Aerial Yoga, Inside Flow, and Ashtanga.
